Mumbai: The special MCOCA court conducting trial in the Aurangabad arms haul case on Friday imposed costs of Rs.20,000 on the Maharashtra anti-terrorism squad for filing some documents late. Special public prosecutor Vaibhav Bhagade said the court observed that the documents will be admitted subject to the payment of costs. “The court said that already 58 witnesses have been examined, and pulled up the ATS for the delayed submission of documents,” said defence lawyer Shrikant Sonkavade.
