Indra Bhadra / Navi Mumbai : The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has once again postponed their plans of setting up an Exhibition Centre in Vashi along the Sion-Panvel highway.
The centre was supposed to be opened for public on July 22. In December last year, the town planning agency had missed two deadlines.
However, it may meet soon to decide on whether to go ahead with one bidder or float a fresh tender again. For long, the locals and business groups have been eagerly waiting for the opening of this state-of-art facility which will have meeting halls, shopping malls, IT parks, coffee shops, a food court and lounges.
