Mumbai: Sandeep Loharia, son of the slain Navi Mumbai-based builder Sunil Loharia, appeared before the Bombay High Court on Tuesday and submitted call data records which he said might throw light on his father’s murder. The data pertains to conversations between Anurag Garg, one of the accused, and Sandeep Naik, son of State Minister Gane-sh Naik, he told the division bench of Justices P V Hardas and Anuja Prabhudessai. The court was hearing a PIL filed by former journalist Ketan Tirodkar seeking a CBI probe into the case, because police are allegedly shielding the accused.
