Mumbai: After the two-day strike by the BEST drivers and conductors followed by prolonged meetings between the management and the union, the drivers and conductors are still struggling to adjust with the revised rota schedule which is implemented across all the 26 depots of the BEST. The unions claim to have a representative in all the depots to voice concern of the employees but drivers feel neglected. Several drivers and conductors feel that the union representative are inaccessible and despite raising their concerns it has been falling on deaf hears.
