2 Censor Board agents get bail

Mumbai: A special CBI court on Monday granted bail to two censor board agents arrested for allegedly taking bribe on the behalf of Board’s CEO Rakesh Kumar who is currently in CBI custody. Judge S G Deshpande granted bail to Shripati Mishra and Sarvesh Jaiswal on a personal bond of Rs 50,000 each. Defence lawyer Priyatosh Tiwari argued CBI is already in possession of every material that is required to investigate this case and the alleged role of these two persons.
