Ujjain: Office bearers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal reinstated the idol of goddess with all the religious rituals in village Undasa. VHP district head Ashok Jain Chaiwala said some miscreants had damaged the temple and dislocated the idol of the goddess. On being tipped of Chimanganjmandi police took the idol into its custody.
VHP and Bajrang dal office bearers Ashok Jain Chaiwala, Ankit Chobe, Mohan Jaiswal, Mahesh Kumawat and members of Hindu outfits held talks with police officials and took back the idol of the goddess to the village and got it reinstated by priests. The villagers organised the arti and distributed offerings. VHP and Bajrang dal members also handed over memorandum to take action against the miscreants.
