A 50-year-old sales manager of a Maharashtra based company died in a train accident at Maksi. The deceased has been identified as Anil son of Dattatrey Dixit. According to his family members he left his job one month ago and was in search of new job. He had to go Dewas so his wife had dropped him at Nanakheda bus stand. But when evening he did not returned home till late in the evening, his kin got worried and started looking for him.
he family members also checked the CCTV footage of the bus in which he was seen getting down from the bus in Dewas. The family members lodged a report of his missing at Nanakheda police station. Meanwhile GRP Maksi informed the police about the man who had died in train accident on the same day. According to the police Anil Dixit boarded in Indore Guwahati Express train by mistake. Realising that the train does not have an stoppage in Maksi, while trying to disembark from the train as it slowed down Dixit met with an accident. The family members identified Dixit and after post-mortem the police handed over the body to the family members for the last rites.
