It was his third visit in last 17 days, but scenario was almost similar everywhere he went. This time he reached here at about 2 pm, two hours behind the schedule.

Local administration had made arrangements at the Circuit House so that people and Congress workers can meet the minister, but Congress workers gathered on the road. Policemen were also seen taking sofa set for the minister at Circuit House lawn.

Looking at the hotchpotch situation, IG Rakesh Gupta, collector Shashank Mishra, SP Sachin Atulkar, municipal commissioner Pratibha Pal had to make a courtesy visit to the minister in front of the Circuit House and that too on the road. During the visit, minister also went Mauni Baba Ashram where he inaugurated incense making factory. He later reached Barnagar tehsil where he dedicated newly-constructed vegetable market and also performed bhoomi pujan for the construction of a stopdam near Chamla river.
