Ujjain: Senior doctor Vijay Garg addressed 74th All India Medical Convention in Kerala as special guest. Addressing the convention, Garg shed light on treatment and prevention of heart attack. He advised use of mustard oil as cooking medium and asked audience to avoid frequent use of pain killer pills to avoid kidney ailment.
He said that instead of sitting for a long time at a stretch people should take a break and indulge in brisk walk. He recommended regular exercise, maintaining proper blood sugar and stress free life for a healthy heart. Talking about high blood pressure, Gard advocated use of less salt.
He also presided over a talk on heart disease and was commended by Dr Sushil Gupta, Dr Colonel Vyas, Dr Manju Rathi, Dr Vimlesh Patidar. Garg said that some senior physicians Dr Kumawat, Mahavir Khandelwal, and Dr Ghanshyam Verma from Ujjain were also invited in the convention.
