Ujjain: Cops who allegedly charged Rs 20000 from a couple who were celebrating Valentine’s Day were suspended by the police administration. According to information received on the occasion of the valentine day the couple was having the food at a restaurant located on Chintaman Road.
Meanwhile SI Pramod Patil and Constable Sunil Parmar reached there and began to threaten them for intimating their parents about the incident. The cops allegedly also thrashed the boy and for settling the matter charged Rs 20000 from the boy, when the matter came to fore, the SP suspended both of them. The police also tried to take CCTV camera’s grabs from the restaurant.
