Ujjain: City woke up to a foggy morning on Friday with cold wind blowing across the city. Snowfall in northern and hilly parts of the country coupled with rain in Delhi and Chandigarh led to cold wave like condition in Malwa region. On Friday, the Sun came out from behind the clouds at 10 am. However, it lacked the intensity.
Visibility was also low forcing vehicle riders to opt for front lights. Shops opened late and denizens were draped in woollens.
