Ujjain: The GRP and RPF have launched checking drive at the railway station and inside the trains as a precautionary measure following terrorist’s strike at Pulwama.
The intelligence department of Jammu Kashmir have reported that conspiracy of spreading terror activities is being hitched throughout the country. Due to this the Union government has issued an alert. The checking of trains coming from Jammu Kashmir is being carried out on the railway stations throughout the country.
In Ujjain station the checking is being conducted on the incoming trains from Delhi, Jammu Kashmir and Amritsar. From Saturday night GRP and RPF personnel are combing the train coaches with the help of sniffer dogs. Checking drive is also underway at outskirts of city by police forces and along with four wheelers the checking of other heavy vehicles is also being made.
