Ujjain: Bala Bachchans pay obeisance at Mahakal Jyotirlingam

Ujjain: State Home Minister Bala Bachchan performed pujan-abhishek along with his wife and family members at Mahakaleshwar Temple on Monday. It was his maiden visit to the Mahakal city after being bestowed the new responsibility. He reached here from Indore by road and remained in the city for about four hours.

During this period, he also visited different temples, discussed issues with the police and administrative officials and also met party workers. People representatives and Congress leaders who met him were MLAs Dilip Singh Gurjar, Ramlal Malviya, Murli Morwal and Mahesh Patel, leader of opposition in Ujjain Municipal Corporation Rajendra Vaishtha, former MLAs Batuk Shankar Joshi and Rajendra Bharti, Kamal Singh Patel, Ravi Rai, Ravi Bhadoria, Ravi Shukla, Mukesh Bhati and Anil Gangwal. Divisional Commissioner Ajeet Kumar, IG Rakesh Gupta, Collector Shashank Mishra, SP Sachin Atulkar and Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee administrator Avadhesh Sharma also called on him.
