Ujjain: Mandi Committee secretary Rajesh Goyal asked the farmers to submit their sales documents to avail consolation amount of Rs 160 per quintal on their sale of crops under Jai Kisan Samruddhi Yojana. The farmers will have to deposit sale documents, contract letter, weighing slips, registration documents, bank pass book, and copy of Adhaar Card compulsorily.

He further said, “If the farmers did not submit the documents during the stipulated period the data will not be updated in the government portal and eventually the farmers may be deprived from the advantages of consolation amount of Rs 160 per quintal.” The secretary further told that the portal may be shut by the state government any time after Thursday.
