Lahore: Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reportedly made an emergency return to Pakistan from Dubai and is expected to unveil a new roadmap for the party. Zardari’s departure had earlier touched off rumours amid the upset local leaders and workers that he would not return to Pakistan but, the leader returned immediately to keep workers’ spirit high, reported Daily Pakistan. Sources said that the PPP chairman will spend most of his time in Karachi and Lahore and spend the day travelling across Punjab where several jalsas will be held in preparation for future local body elections. Meanwhile, other key PPP leaders, including Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur, are still in Dubai.
