No traces of explosives in car recovered near Indian consulate in Herat

New Delhi: Experts have clarified that no traces of explosives were found in a car near the Indian consulate in Herat in Afghanistan. Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Amar Sinha said that the initial report of explosives was wrong.

Earlier, Sinha had said that the car was not rigged with explosives but it was transporting them. Security in the area had been beefed up soon after the initial report.
