Bhopal: When did we say that there was Modi wave, said BJP state president Rakesh Singh replying to a media query on the party failure to get majority in Karnataka polls. When the media persons reminded Singh that the BJP leaders of all stature during campaigning in Karnataka had claimed of Modi wave prevailing all over in the country, the state party president denied of any such claim being made.
Interacting with the media persons here on Tuesday, Singh said earlier people had no trust on Congress president Rahul Gandhi but now even Congress party has lost trust in him. Results of Karnataka polls have further enthused the BJP workers, claimed Singh. BJP state president said there was no challenge before the BJP in the state.
Singh said no discussion on formula for ticket distribution, either for chairman of Boards/ Corporations or district presidents, has been held so far. He said whoever having capability to win will be made party candidate. No change in the executive body constituted during the term of former state president Nandkumar Singh Chouhan will be made, added Singh.
