Indore: A Public Works Department engineer conducted measurement of land between the catchment area of Pipliyahana pond and proposed district court complex on Monday. District Court has to come up near Pipliyahana pond but there were allegations by social activist that it is coming on the “pond” bed.

After that, it was decided that a measurement and demarcation will be done so that a limited distance will be agreed upon to left between pond and court. As per court orders, the new district court premises can be constructed after leaving 50 metres from catchment area followed by a 12-metre wide road.
