Youth saves snakebiten friend by sucking blood

Indore: A youth was bitten by a poisonous snake and his friend sucked out the blood to prevent the poison from spreading in the bloodstream. Now both of them have been admitted to the hospital where their condition is said to be critical but out of danger.

According to police, the incident occurred in Mayur Nagar, Musakhedi. Gopi (20) along with his friend and cousin Babloo were in the house when a snake entered into the house and bit Gopi.

Fear and poison caused Gopi to scream for help. Bablloo then sucked out the blood to prevent the poison from spreading in the bloodstream, but the poison began to spread in Babloo’s blood stream as well. Meanwhile, family members had gathered at the spot and rushed the duo to MY Hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
