Indore : Disappointed over ticket distribution, senior Congress leader Vipin Wnakhede on Friday tendered his resignation to organization national chief. “Deserving and winnable candidates were sidelined in ticket distribution in Indore. I couldn’t have a say in ticket finalization, so I tendered my resignation,” NSUI State President, Vipin Wankhede said.
