Temple land not transferable

Indore: District Collector P Narahari held a meeting of revenue officials on Tuesday. He directed the officials not to transfer lands given to temples. He also directed the officials to remove encroachments from government lands except from lands that are in dispute and are pending decision in courts. At present encroachments are present on Government land in Devendra Nagar, Sirpur Lake, City Park Green Belt, Radison Square, Choitram, Tejpur Gadbadi Green Belt, MY Hospital premises, Khasra No 406-Musakhedi, Sampat Farm House Bicholi Mardana, Nirnajanpur, Ida Scheme, Talawali Chanda Lake, Bada Bangarda, etc.
