Jaora: The city is falling victim in the hands of degrading transport. The upgradation is proposed through demolition of historic ‘Shahapanah’ wall. City municipality council has nodded for the demand. The failure of the scheme is predicated as the decision is unwise and impractical.  Some People support the decision of knocking down the wall to construct a new rout but this has been feared as a nonpermanent solution.  The breakage will lead a way to Ratlami gate via Sutaripura.  Ratlami gate situated Shahapanah rout is quite narrow and will result every day traffic jam. The road will not serve residents of Khachrod road colonies.  The wall should be remained in current position and transport should be diverted towards Gowardhannath temple square via Rawan Dwar, Khachrod Naka, and Hospital road to Ratlami road to ease up the transport and the residents of the area will be facilitated by it.  A separate rout should be constructed for autos and tempos for a better transport. New rout will bring new ways of earnings for auto, tempo drivers while maintaining the transport.
