Thousand of devotees took part in his last rituals

Kukshi: The main saint of the Kanakbihari Ashram situated on the banks of Narmada Shri Kamaldasji Maharaj passed away on Sunday night at around 11 pm, leaving behind thousands of mourning devotees. As news of demise spread in the town, thousand of devotees thronged at the Ashram to pay their final respects.

On Monday, the last Yatra of the saint was taken out from the ashram, which was beautifully decorated with the flowers and passed through many rural areas wherein thousands of devotees participated. During the yatra, along with thousands of devotees, Kukshi MLA Surendra Singh Baghel, Manawar MLA and former minister Ranjana Baghel, district BJP president Ramesh Dhariwal, former MLA Mukam Singh Kirade, social worker Mahendra Seth Gupta and several other prominent citizens, journalists, politicos of the town were present.
