Indore: A scientist from Center for Advanced Technology (CAT) was reportedly thrashed by three persons over a petty issue in Rajendra Nagar area here on Thursday.
According to Rajendra Nagar police, scientist Ritesh Malik, a resident of CAT Colony lodged a complaint that he was returning home on his bike on Thursday afternoon when a scooter-borne man hit him and started an argument. Later, the accused called his brother and father and thrashed him black and blue.
The accused was identified as Kush Pal, Lav Pal and their father Ramswaroop, the residents of Pawanputra Nagar. The police have registered a case against the accused and one of them has been detained.
