Sahodaya schools to award ‘best teachers’ in January

Indore : The Sahodaya Group has decided to confer SK Joshi and Maitri Padmanabham awards on best senior and junior teacher, in January 2016. Constituted in memory of Principal of Vidhyasagar School SK Joshi, the Sahodaya group will give this award to senior CBSE school teachers. Secretary of Sahodaya Group Manoj Bajpai said these awards were motivation tools for teachers. In order to qualify for these awards, the teachers must attend workshops, seminars and be active participants in students’ growth.” At least 35 schools have submitted names of best senior and junior teachers in the meeting held on October 31. The jury consists of Padmashri Dr DD Bhawalkar, Director of Group of Jain schools PS Dikshit, Director of IPS Group Scinda James and member of Mata Gujri Girls School Ravinder Kaur Kalsi.
