Indore : Advocate KP Gangore sent a written complaint to the District Education Officer, District Collector and School Education General Secretary, claiming that most private schools are not allotting seats under the RTE Act.

He claimed that schools are ignoring the RTE Act despite government’s strict instructions. RTE Act has been challenged by various schools, but all the claims have been cancelled without a stay order on the Act. Under the RTE Act, all private schools must allot 25 percent of seats to RTE students, but this is not being followed according to Gangore.
