Indore : A retired army officer and his wife caught a chain snatcher woman red handed in vegetable market at Banganga on Monday.
Local residents and the police also supported them to nab the accused while she was snatching the chain. According to Banganga police, the incident took place when Surendra Wadhwa and his wife Kaushalya were taking vegetables from the local market.Wadhwa caught accused Aarti red-handed while she was snatching chain from his wife’s neck and handed him over to the police. Wadhwa came to the city to meet her daughter Dr Rakhi at Karol Bagh.
