Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): Rajya Sabha member and BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday said that he has special attachment for Malwa region. He said that his visit is aimed to console people who suffered during corona pandemic and to encourage people to come forward for the vaccination.
He said he has not been accepting garlands but reaching out to people who suffered during pandemic. Scindia visited Jaora, Piploda and Ratlam city. At Krishi Upaj Mandi, he paid floral tributes at statue of his father Madhav Rao Scindia. He then left for Badnawar.
During his visit, minister Tulsi Silawat, Rajwardhsan Singh Dattigaon, Ratlam district incharge minister and state minister for urban development and housing OPS Bhadoria, Sanchi Dugdha Sangh president KK Singh Kalukheda accompanied Scindia.
Bhadoria was on his first visit after getting charge of district. He reached here on Sunday evening. Ratlam rural MLA Dilip Makwana, District BJP President Rajendra Singh Lunera, former MLA Sangeeta Charel, district collector Kumar Purushottam, SP Gaurav Tiwari received him at circuit house.
Talking to media, he said timely implementation of government schemes will be his priority and that includes availability of adequate electricity to farmers.
