Sironj : A proposal to scrap services of eight job assistants, who were deployed to make people aware of the scheme, has been sent on the wake of slow pace of the Jan Dhan Scheme.

An important meeting to discuss the slow and lackadaisical attitude of job assistants, which has hampered the pace of Jan Dhan Yojna was organised on Wednesday. The officers warned the job assistants of strict action during the meeting.

MNREGA APO Digvijaysingh said a proposal to scrap their services has been sent to the district CEO. The job assistant of Siyalpur Rampal Prajapati, Lokendra Kumar of Harganakhedi, Spnu Lodhi of Pyarakhedi, Daulat Singh of Kanji Khedi, Abhishek Pathak of Mahadev Khedi, Bhupendra Raghuwanshi of Bhagraunda, Rajaram of Karaiyahaat and Vinesh Kumar of Ratanbari are included in the list of   job assistants against whom actions might be taken.
