Indore : Principals of government colleges would be accountable for encroachment on their respective campuses.

The Department of Higher Education sent letters to the principals stating that they should ensure that people do not encroach upon land of their respective campuses.

“If there is any encroachment on the campus, the principals taking help from the administration should get it removed at the earliest and file a compliance report with this department,” the letter reads.

It adds that if the encroachment is not removed from any college campus, the principal concerned would be held accountable for it.
