Mhow : Some unidentified miscreants had conducted a loot during the intervening nights of June 6 and 7, 2014 at Ghatabillod police station area near here. The loot incident case was solved by Pithampur police station staff under the guidance of district police superintendent Bhagwat Singh Chauhan, ASP Bittu Sehgal and CSP Vikram Singh on Wednesday. Police arrested four loot accused and seized the looted valuables and a motorcycle from them.
SP BS Chauhan and CSP Vikram Singh informed in a press conference at Pithampur police station premises near here on Wednesday that the arrested accused had struck at the house of Ramchandra Kataria at Ambika Colony, Ghatabillod during intervening nights of June 6 and 7,2014 and took away valuables over lakhs including gold and silver ornaments and cash Rs 30,000. Police officials informed that the accused has taken away the valuables worth over Rs 5 lakhs. Police said that three unidentified miscreants had entered in Ramchandra Kataria’s three story residence and took away the valuables worth over lakhs. Under the leadership of Pithampur CSP Vikram Singh, SP Chouhan formed a team of the Police station in-charge Vinod Soni, chowki in-charge Ghatabillod S-I Rajendra Singh, head constable Ram Singh, Chain Singh, R Rahul to investigate the loot incident. The loot incident was busted after thorough investigations of the police team on Wednesday. During the investigations, police suspected loot complainant’s grandson Piyush as a main suspect and after interrogations with him, police busted the loot case. On the basis of police investigations, police have arrested accused Imran, Amzad, one minor and Kataria’s grandson Piyush.
