INDORE: Regional Transport Office on Wednesday went into a panic mode when officials found a driving license issued to a Pakistani citizen.
After the revelation, the RTO directed the officials to scrutinise the documents of the license holder and also served a notice to him to present his documents at the earliest with the RTO.
A citizen of Pakistan, resident of Sindhi Colony, has got his license issued from the RTO. After learning about the license, RTO summoned the license unit in-charge immediately and asked him about the documents, sources said.
“Yes, I have started a probe in the matter and asked the license holder to present his documents with proof of the citizenship,” RTO MP Singh said.
