Indore : A monkey entered the new terminal building of city airport on Tuesday morning. Though the simian did not attack anyone but the airport staff faced a lot of difficulties while shooing it off.

According to airport sources, the monkey entered the terminal building from the side of conveyer belt and created a chaos like situation for sometime at the check-in counter.

Sources said that it went out of the terminal building around 4pm. In the meantime, the class IV employees of the airport tried in vain to clear it from the building.

The simian also entered the lobby of the airport where vehicles are parked. It also sat over the SBI ATM for sometime.

It is not an isolated incident. Airport sources said that monkeys from nearby Bijasan Hill used to enter airport building.
