Indore: Body of a student of Class I was found in a well in Pardeshipura area, on Friday. He was missing since last four days. The police sent the body for post- mortem and began investigations.According to S- I RS Ghamad of Pardeshipura PS, they received information about the body floating in the well near Kalyan Mill premise, on Friday afternoon. Police and fire- brigade personnel reached there and pulled out the body of the boy.

The deceased was identified as Madhusudan Gauhar, 14, of Kulkarni ka Bhatta. As per the preliminary investigation, Madhusudan was studying in class I and recently, on December 16, his family members scolded him for not sincere towards his studies. After that, he was missing from house.

The family members searched at all probable places and when they could not find him, they approached the police on December 17. Someone had informed the family members, on December 18 that his footware was seen near the well. On that day too, the police had searched him in the well but could not trace him at that time. On Friday, when his body was found, it was swollen. No sign of any injury was found on his body.Hence, police is suspecting that, he had committed suicide by jumping into the well.
