Indore : A newly-married couple committed suicide in Aerodrome area, on Saturday night by hanging themselves from the ceiling of their house. So far the reason of suicide is not clear.
According to Ramnaresh Bhadoriya, S-I, Aerodrome police, Rahul Pandey and his wife Ruby of Lake Palace Colony committed suicide. The couple had married eight months ago and had taken up residence in the colony with Rahul’s uncle a month ago.
Neighbours found them hanging and called the police. The police sent the bodies for autopsy and registered a case. No note of any kind was found on their person and therefore the reason of suicide is not clear. Based on the statements given by Rahul’s uncle, Rahul is an MBA graduate and was employed in private sector. He was out of job since one month but whether he resigned or he was downsized is being investigated. Their respective families were informed about the tragedy and they have left for their native village in Uttar Pradesh with bodies on Sunday.
