Victim claimed that accused looted Rs 6 lakh, police found suspicious

Indore: A case of kidnapping and loot has come to light in Bhawarkuan Police Station area when family members of an oil company owner lodged his missing complaint on Monday.The victim was found in injured state near Sanawad and reportedly dumped by the accused after looting him.

As per information, Pankaj Agrawal, resident of New Agrawal Nagar, had gone missing from Monday morning. He was missing while going to catch a taxi for Sehore to bring her wife from her parent’s house. After searching for long, family members of the doctor lodged a complaint of missing with the police. Meanwhile, they had received and information about Pankaj and found him near Sanawad.

Pankaj informed the police that he was attacked by some miscreants after which he turned unconscious. “I don’t know how a reached to Sanawad but the accused had looted Rs 6 lakh from me which I was going to give to my brother-in-law,” he said.

However, police found the matter suspicious and started an investigation.A missing report is lodged and an investigation has been started. Police have also been going through the CCTV footages of New Agrawal Nagar for confirming the incident.
