Indore : Chandan Nagar police booked a man who made obscene gestures at a teenage girl and tried to drag her into his house. However, the girl raised an alarm forcing the accused to flee the spot.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Monday evening with the victim who is a resident of Jawahar Tekari. Following the incident, the girl accompanied by her mother, filed a complaint with the police and case has been registered against one Monu Yadav, resident of Koli Mohalla.
The girl told the police that she was passing through Koli Mohalla when Monu made obscene gestures, grabbed her hand and tried to drag her into his house. She raised an alarm and as people gathered at the spot Monu fled the scene.
