Madhya Pradesh: Women police station inaugurated in Khargone

Khargone: In the presence of deputy inspector general of police Nimad Range Khargone Tilak Singh, collector Anugrah P inaugurated the women police station of Khargone Headquarters on Thursday. Deputy inspector general Tilak Singh, collector and SP concurred that the women police station will help in speedy redressal of complaints and crimes against women. Due to the presence of women officers the complainant women will not hesitate to communicate their woes. Women police station in-charge Geeta Solanki has been posted at police station while 13 policemen will assist her. Additional collector BS Solanki, additional district magistrate Satendra Singh Chouhan, additional superintendent of police (Rural) Jitendra Panwar, additional superintendent of police (City) Dr Neeraj Chaurasia, sub-divisional officer (Police) Rohit Singh Apart, station incharge Prakash Vaskale and others were present.
