Unhel (Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh): There will be eight waves of corona, two waves have come in our country, six waves have yet to come, so it is important to take prevention to avoid Covid-19 infection. People did not follow corona guideline, due to which the second wave wreaked havoc. Ujjain MP Anil Firojiya stated this at a function organised to felicitate corona warriors and launch sapling plantation at Ambi Mangalik Parisar on Monday. The function was organised by BJP Mandal.
BJP Mandal president Piyush Gupta gave the welcome speech. The programme started with lighting of the lamp and garlanding portraits of Pandit Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. In his address, district BJP president Bahadur Singh Bormundla, while praising corona warriors, congratulated the administrative staff for good work.
SDM Ashutosh Goswami, CSP Manoj Ratnakar, block medical officer Dr Kamal Solanki, Dr Renuka Meena, Dr BL Soni, naib tehsildar Annu Jain, chief municipal officer Ashok Panchal, police station incharge Dolatram Jogawat, patwari Manohar Patidar and 25 private doctors were felicitated at the function.
About 25 journalists including Press Forum patron Bherulal Jain, Israr Qureshi, president Sunil Jain were also felicitated. BJP Mandal president Piyush Gupta, former mandal president Nandram Dhakad, Dilip Modi, Kailash Vipat and others were present.
Programme was conducted by BJP mandal general secretary Rajkumar Jain while general secretary Shyam Malviya proposed vote of thanks.
