Madhya Pradesh: Sapling plantation event marks World Environment Day in Burhanpur

BURHANPUR (MADHYA PRADESH): To celebrate World Environment Day, All Is Well (AIW) College of Nursing and All Is Well Multi Specialty Hospital Burhanpur organised a plantation programme on Saturday.

The founder of the organisation, Anand Chouksey, Manjusha Chouksey, institution medical director Dr Subodh Borle and the directors Sumit Borle and Kabir Chouksey gave out the message of owning our responsibilities towards trees, nature and environment, as well as planting trees- through the event.

If we act now, we will be able to easily address the serious problems that our future generations may face, said Chouksey.

Dr Santanu Sahu, Manisha Borle, Dr Rahul Chopra, Dr Prashant Tayde, all other doctors, Nursing staff, in-charge of all departments of the hospital, Staff of All is Well College of Nursing and all other staff, staff of Macro Vision Academy were present.

GUNA (MADHYA PRADESH): On World Environment Day (WED), students took out a cycle rally from Shastri Park under the leadership of Jitendra Raghuvanshi to bring awareness about the importance of saving the environment on Saturday. This rally reached Smriti Van located near Singwasa pond, where students also planted saplings. An environmental quiz was also organized here for the students. The prominent social worker of the city, Dr Pushpraj distributed prizes to the students and advised them to be aware of the environment so that the country does not have to face the problem of oxygen.
