Madhya Pradesh: Nath faces BJP workers’ ire in Burhanpur over his controversial remark on BJP minister Imarti Devi

Burhanpur: Former CM Kamal Nath addressed public meeting at Nepanagar in Burhanpur and sought vote for Congress candidate Ramkishan Patel.

Before Congress came into power, state owned infamous Numero Uno tag in unemployment, farmer’s suicide and crime against women. “We made every possible effort to shed this tag by waiving farm loans, providing unemployment allowance and many other beneficiary schemes,” he said.

He also levelled many allegations on the BJP and Shivraj Singh Chouhan government.

Ahead of public meeting, Kamal Nath had to face BJP workers’ protest over his controversial remark on BJP minister Imarti Devi during his Dabra poll meeting.
