Dhar: Dhar administration is gearing up for the third wave of corona. Collector Alok Kumar Singh and chief medical and health officer Dr Jitendra Choudhary are overseeing the preparations in this regard.
Special wards, modern machines, oxygen plants, ambulance and modern labs are being commissioned across the entire district.
The government has directed that the employees should be ready to render their services in case third wave of corona strikes the district.
The administration and health department are focusing on early diagnosis so that the treatment of the patients may begin at the earliest.
While dealing with the second wave the administration has realised that modern machines and equipment are very necessary for diagnosis and treatment of the patients. These machines given to the department will play an important role in dealing with the third wave.
Though modern ambulances are already available in Dhar District Health Department, the administration has purchases more ambulances to be prepared for the third wave.
