Madhya Pradesh: Ambulance flagged off, plantation held in Mahidpur to mark Dr SP Mukherjee death anniversary

Mahidpur: On Dr Shyma Prasad Mukherjee's death anniversary, an ambulance was flaged off and a plantation programme was organised at Government Hospital premises on Wednesday.

BJP state vice-president and MLA Bahadur Singh Chouhan was the chief guest while SDM Kailash Chandra Thakur presided over the programme. Chouhan announced that a state-of-the-art sonography and X-ray machines will be provided to Mahidpur and Jharda government hospitals. A new building of for Mahidpur hospital is also on cards. After this, a modern ambulance was also flagged off. Guests planted saplings during the programme.

Special guests were SDOP RK Rai, DE MPEB AK Sharma, BJP Municipal Board President Uma Pandey, Jharda mandal president Tejusingh Chauhan, rural circle president Sanjay Scindia and others. Chief medical officer Nitin Acharya and Dr M Rampure welcomed the guests with garlands. MP representative Sunil Jain, Kisan Morcha president Omprakash Mali, medical staff, city dignitaries, journalists and BJP officials and workers were present.
