Indore: Of total 54 students in a PGDCA class of Atal Behari Vajpayee Government Arts and Commerce College, only 19 students could get through the first semester exams, results of which were announced lately. Alleging poor evaluation of answer sheets, students dissatisfied with their results on Tuesday barged into Exam Controller (incharge) Anil Sharma’s chamber where officiating Vice Chancellor Anil Kumar was holding Jan Sunwai. The protesting students forced Kumar to listen to their grievance first.

They informed Kumar that their result was 35 per cent and blamed poor evaluation of answer sheets for such a result. The students demanded unconditional revaluation of the results but their demand was sidestepped. The incharge vice chancellor suggested the students to apply for result challenge process in place if they have doubt on the evaluation. He assured students of early review results if they applied for result challenge process. After his assurance, the protest ended.

On Tuesday, the Jun Sunwai at the university witnessed most of the complaints regarding delay in results and conduct of exams.
