Mhow : How sport and player are treated in state and the country, are continuously revealed. One such 12 years old case has been put up in the court. The federation has accepted that it made a severe mistake and the player had to go through mental trauma which has harmed the sport.
Judo Karate player Rajneesh Mandiya won Bronze medal in year 2002 representing MP in national level Judo Karate competition held in Visakhapatnam organized by All India Judo Karate Federation Union.
That time he was awarded with Bronze medal but certificate was not given to him. He reminded the State and All India Judo Federation so many times then he filed the case in the court. The court has issued arrest warrants against Jagdish Tytlar and other post holders. All India Judo Federation Union vice president and former minister Prahalad Rana and MP Karate Union president Narendra Tetwal appeared in the court and present their side through advocate Swadesh Panday. A demand for Jagdish Tytlar’s arrest warrant cancelation was put forth informing the court that recently he met an accident and is unable to present in the court. The next hearing is on September 16. Possibly the former Central Minister would arrive on that day.
