Indore: Woman jumps into 250-ft deep gorge, dies

A woman allegedly jumped to death in 250 feet deep gorge under Khudel police station area on Friday. She had gone to her parents place for Holi and took such a step. The police have sent the body for autopsy and started investigation.  Khudel police station staff said deceased has been identified as 26-year-old Geeta wife of Bablu, a resident of Simrol. She came to her parents place in Pedmi with husband. On Friday, she was spotted by her elder daughter going to jungles after which daughter informed father. They started a search in jungle when someone said Geeta jumped into gorge near Pedmi.
