Indore: Tata SIA Airlines Limited, operating as Vistara, will launch two direct flights to New Delhi from city in the later half of March this year. The flights will have premium economy seats too. The ticket bookings for two direct daily flights one each in morning and evening will start from beginning of March.
Though the schedule has not been disclosed, the morning flight is likely to land in city from New Delhi between 6 am to 7 am. The flight will return to New Delhi from city at 8.30 am. In the evening, the flight would leave New Delhi between 5 pm to 6 pm and arrive here between 6 pm to 7 pm. It will return from here at 8 pm.
These are tentative schedules though. The morning flight will help local passengers to take international flights from New Delhi in early hours. Similarly, the evening flight from the city to New Delhi would provide connecting flights to international flights, which take off from there in late night. Sources said Vistara will fly 164-seater Airbus-320 aircraft. It will have 132 seats of economy class, 24 seats for premium economy class and 68 business class seats
