Indore: Veterinary Council of India president inspects Veterinary College

Mhow: Dr Umesh Chandra Sharma, president of Veterinary Council of India (VCI) inspected the Veterinary and Animal Husbandry College in Mhow. He was accompanied by Dr Rajendra Kumar Rokade, director of Animal Husbandry Department of Madhya Pradesh. Earlier this year the expert team of Veterinary Council of India from New Delhi had also visited the college.

Dr Sharma visited the premises of the veterinary hospital, animal husbandry farms and also students' hostels. He told the staff that with the help of the state government the institute could be made into an advanced centre for animal husbandry. He said the latest equipment would be provided to the hospital.

Dr Mukesh Mehta college dean, Dr R K Bagherwal, Dr B P Shukla and Dr Sandeep Nanavati were present during the inspection.
