Indore: A woman who had earlier lodged rape complaint, has now lodged a complaint against an unidentified person for harassing her in Vijay Nagar area. The victim told police on Thursday that accused also pelted a stone at her when she was on her way to office.
According to Vijay Nagar police station staff, victim residing in Vijay Nagar stated in her complaint that an unidentified person stalks her. She said the person is following her after she filed a complaint against a person named Shashiraj of Khandwa for raping her in the last week of January.
The person who stalks her also pelted a stone on her a few days ago when she was returning home. She then lodged a police complaint. A person also threatened her when she was returning home. Victim said she filed a complaint against Shashiraj with women police station staff but police could not arrest the accused till the date.
She alleged that she had contacted investigating officer SI Sandhya Urmiya when she told that the accused has been arrested but later she came to know that police did not arrest the accused. Later, victim met senior police officials but they did not help her as well. The victim will meet ADG if police do not arrest the rape accused soon.
