Under the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Practices (SVEEP), the District Election Office launched the campaign on November 14 by getting the first signature of Chief Election Commissioner OP Rawat and two Election Commissioners at Brilliant Convention Centre.  The single day campaign was officially launched on Thursday in the district.
